Nodar Kanchaveli received his Bachelor's degree from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law, and a Master's degree from Rotterdam Erasmus University, Faculty of Economics (Urban Management).

Since 2012, He has served as the Deputy Chairman of the Public Service Development Agency, Director of the Civil Registry Department, and has held various leading positions in the Ministry of Justice.

From 2015 to 2017, he held the positions of head of retail sales, then head of marketing and PR, and finally deputy commercial director at Silknet.

In 2017, Nodar Kanchaveli joined the SOCAR team as the head of the Retail Network, in 2020 he was appointed to the position of Operations Director, and from 2022, Nodar takes the position of director of SOCAR Georgia Petroleum.
